SHIPPING POLICY
Our products leave the warehouse in mint condition and well packaged. We understand that during transit products can be damaged.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect products BEFORE you sign and accept the delivery. If the product is damaged or looks like it could be damaged, please note it on the delivery driver's receipt that you are required to sign. Once completed, email robert@tru-dually.com with photos of the damage and any additional information. We will then file a claim with the delivery company and ship you a new product.
If the product doesn't require a signature upon delivery, then please inspect the product as soon as possible. You must contact us within 30 days of the day of delivery if there is an issue.
