For trucks running 37" tires the factory sway bar may rub at full lock. Below are the recommended sway bar options. Yes, F350 sway bars are the same bolt pattern and end link connections, as the frames and axles are the same. Tru-Dually perfect fitment and bolt right up.

To use the factory front hub caps with lock out holes, they must be trimmed 8 mm on the inside. For no modification use the two wheel drive caps with no hole.
